Getting started at CFES
Newcomers to CrossFit Eastside begin with our "Getting Started" series of individual (or partner) sessions. Exceptions by permission only.
New folks are welcome to drop in on one of our non-"advanced" classes to observe or participate before beginning "Getting Started" individual training sessions. Or, contact us to schedule your first individual session.
Group classes integrate technique and skill work with highly varied, challenging workouts. The group dynamic is fun, motivating, and sometimes competitive. Classes focus on technical excellence and individually-appropriate intensity levels. Attending at least 3 classes per week yields best results and best value.
Our 6:00pm and 6:30pm advanced classes are for our experienced CrossFitters, by instructor permission.
Individual coaching and training ("personal training") provides focused individual guidance and coaching tailored to your needs and goals in a 1:1 setting. This is the best way to get started with CrossFit, and to tune up your skills or work on specific areas and personal goals at any experience level.
Partner training lets you train with a friend (or two) with one of our coaches. You receive plenty of individual attention, but at a lower cost per person, and with the advantages of working out with a buddy—for camaraderie, commiseration, and motivation.
