Once again, the time is nigh for climbing some real stairs, as a group, in the name of fun, fitness, and fundraising. For the third consecutive year in a row, CrossFit Eastside is forming a team to participate in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Big Climb up the Columbia Tower in downtown Seattle.

This year's team captain (since we exiled former social director Mr. Duggins to a tropical island) is L'il Aaron (sorry, Aaron, it looks like that nickname is sticking...). He's keeping our Big Climb page updated with all the info and links you need to register, prepare, and participate in the event.

The Climb is on Sunday, March 16, 2008 (after St. Patty's day this year, Sean, so it won't interfere with your high holy day). Register by March 10 to avoid a late-registration price increase. Or, if you can't join us but want to support the team and Leukemia research, you can always just donate funds.

Strap on your climbing shoes and prepare to get some in the stairwell!
