Setting things on fire

CrossFit Eastside level-1 certification Bottom-to-bottom Tabata squats

It was an amazing weekend. Northwest-area firefighters collected at CrossFit Eastside to attend a level-1 CrossFit certification seminar. Over two days, the staff of trainers from around the country taught 39 people the fundamentals of CrossFit and had them looking great by the end of the weekend. Happy to have you all in the house!

I just wanted to give a huge thanks to the CrossFit staff, you were all awesome! I learned so much and I'm happy to say that I am TOTALLY on board with everything CrossFit stands for...thanks. Oh yea, FRAN sucks...

Wow, what a weekend! THANKS for an amazing, educational, motivational, painful, and truly outstanding time!

Can't think of any way to improve the process! Awesome cert class that kicked my butt yet motivated me to want to do more, provided in depth technical instruction yet kept fun and entertaining, excellent group instruction yet plenty of wonderful one-on-one time. We had a great mix of instructors who were encouraging, humorous, knowledgeable and well versed and skilled in the CrossFit way. The only way...or "the Juice" as Todd would say. :-) Don't tell my wife but this was one of the best weekends of my life! -Rick from Redmond Fire

Wow, what a week end is right! Great group of people to work with, great instructors who had a lot of nasty little tricks up there sleeves for work outs! Thank you Michael and Carrie for hosting. Learned alot by watching, listening and doing!

Thanks to all the trainers. I especially appreciated your willingness to answer questions and share experiences.
