Take note
There are a couple of small rate changes at CFES that go into effect on May 1 that you ought to know about:
The drop-in fee becomes $20/class ($15 for active-duty military/fire/LEO personnel and full-time students, with proof of enrollment).
Private 1:1 training for monthly-class members or ongoing personal training clients becomes $65 per session ($45 mil/FF/LEO).
Monthly unlimited-class membership remains $155, payable on the 1st—or, you know, within the first week—of the month. (Spouse or second household family member remains $80.)

Oh no! Future Lil' Aaron is all skinny again! Did he travel back in time to warn us of an imminent milk famine? Was it the robots? Damn them! Damn their soulless mechanical hunger!

Why have you given up on your nutrition blog? I would definitely read that regularly.
Do you know of anyone locally that tests body fat with the submersion technique?
Do you have any experience with the "Fit Vibe"?
Sorry to be full of ... questions.
