Total success!

CFES joined several of the local CrossFit affiliates at CrossFit Seattle this weekend for a little community CrossFit Total competition and a chance for the crew to put our consistent lifting training to the test publicly. The CFT is the best of three max attempts each at back squat, overhead press, and deadlift. Everyone completed each of the three lifts and got a total score, and there were almost too many PRs to count. You guys are inspiring! Hard training pays off.
The outstanding turnout from CFES could have overwhelmed the event, but everything got done efficiently, and it was a great day all around. ...Including some time at the brewery right across the street (yes, Sean, we know you like that about the location already). Special thanks to Rachel, Beth, and Melody for helping run platforms and to Susan for providing sustenance for everyone.
Stay tuned in coming days for the scores and more pics.

Way to go guys! Awesome work.

That pic of Heaton makes me all misty. There were some seriously inspirational lifts and the team camaraderie is awesome. The stuff you guys do is just crazy impressive. Congrats everybody!

Double kudos to the folks who helped load and run the platforms. Their efficiency amid moments of confusion and chaos made a huge difference.

That was a great time. Really happy with how smoothly things went and how friendly everyone was. CFES team was phenomenal, and the support for each other spread quickly to the whole meet. I'm looking forward to our turn to host one of these.
Heaton, amazing lift - now I get to chase you for awhile. What took you so long? ;)

I'm sure a better version will be along shortly, but I posted a version of the results (some names I didn't know) here. I also put up a CSV version in case anybody wanted to play with the numbers themselves. The table references a Schwartz-Malone scale factor to compensate for bodyweight on the 'adjusted' values.
