What is the best fitness level to have when starting Cross fit? I'm really whipping myself into shape based on the stories I've read on the main site. Definitely looks like boot camp!
The best fitness level to have when starting CrossFit is whatever fitness level you have now. The sooner you start, the sooner you'll be fitter. We can and do accommodate all levels, from Ultimate Fighters to ultimate couch potatoes. Really. Come on in.
I've read alot about how Crossfit likes to incorporate hand-stand pushups. I personally don't care for such an exercise. Is it possible to opt out of an exercise I don't want to do?
